Tonight, the momentum against the Qadhafi regime has reached a tipping point. Tripoli is slipping from the grasp of a tyrant. The Qadhafi regime is showing signs of collapsing. The people of Libya are showing that the universal pursuit of dignity and freedom is far stronger than the iron fist of a dictator.

The surest way for the bloodshed to end is simple: Moammar Qadhafi and his regime need to recognize that their rule has come to an end. Qadhafi needs to acknowledge the reality that he no longer controls Libya. He needs to relinquish power once and for all. Meanwhile, the United States has recognized the Transitional National Council as the legitimate governing authority in Libya. At this pivotal and historic time, the TNC should continue to demonstrate the leadership that is necessary to steer the country through a transition by respecting the rights of the people of Libya, avoiding civilian casualties, protecting the institutions of the Libyan state, and pursuing a transition to democracy that is just and inclusive for all of the people of Libya. A season of conflict must lead to one of peace.

The future of Libya is now in the hands of the Libyan people. Going forward, the United States will continue to stay in close coordination with the TNC. We will continue to insist that the basic rights of the Libyan people are respected. And we will continue to work with our allies and partners in the international community to protect the people of Libya, and to support a peaceful transition to democracy.

Before starting investigation or initiating prosecution in any case, they have to take permission from the same bosses, against whom the case has to be investigated.   Lokpal at centre and Lokayukta at state level will be independent bodies. ACB and CBI will be merged into these bodies. They will have power to initiate investigations and prosecution against any officer or politician without needing anyoneⳠpermission. Investigation should be completed within 1 year and trial to get over in next 1 year. Within two years, the corrupt should go to jail. No corrupt officer is dismissed from the job because Central Vigilance Commission, which is supposed to dismiss corrupt officers, is only an advisory body. Whenever it advises government to dismiss any senior corrupt officer, its advice is never implemented.   Lokpal and Lokayukta will have complete powers to order dismissal of a corrupt officer. CVC and all departmental vigilance will be merged into Lokpal and state vigilance will be merged into Lokayukta. No action is taken against corrupt judges because permission is required from the Chief Justice of India to even register an FIR against corrupt judges.   Lokpal & Lokayukta shall have powers to investigate and prosecute any judge without needing anyoneⳠpermission. Nowhere to go - People expose corruption but no action is taken on their complaints.   Lokpal & Lokayukta will have to enquire into and hear every complaint. There is so much corruption within CBI and vigilance departments. Their functioning is so secret that it encourages corruption within these agencies. All investigations in Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be transparent. After completion of investigation, all case records shall be open to public. Complaint against any staff of Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be enquired and punishment announced within two months.   Weak and corrupt people are appointed as heads of anti-corruption agencies. Politicians will have absolutely no say in selections of Chairperson and members of Lokpal & Lokayukta. Selections will take place through a transparent and public participatory process.   Citizens face harassment in government offices. Sometimes they are forced to pay bribes. One can only complaint to senior officers. No action is taken on complaints because senior officers also get their cut. Lokpal & Lokayukta will get public grievances resolved in time bound manner, impose a penalty of Rs 250 per day of delay to be deducted from the salary of guilty officer and award that amount as compensation to the aggrieved citizen.   Nothing in law to recover ill gotten wealth. A corrupt person can come out of jail and enjoy that money. Loss caused to the government due to corruption will be recovered from all accused. Small punishment for corruption- Punishment for corruption is minimum 6 months and maximum 7 years. Enhanced punishment - The punishment would be minimum 5 years and maximum of life imprisonment.

Today, where crisis is for "unemployment for educated people and education for illiterate" people seem to forgotten who the people are who actually responsible actually led to this situation where today every human being is discussing, sticking to know what is going on for corruption and one and only one 'Anna Hazare" is the person who have come out to jolt the government, awakening the youth and "common man" and his this action is taking place fruitfully today.

and now we can say that now its the time to make our awakening, education and keeping an eye whats happening within the "Indian System" then only we'll be able to make ourselves strong.

I should say that every Indian come ahead to enact this strong anti-corruption act as envisaged in the Jan-Lokpal Bill which is a secure, hard law to establish a Lokpal with the power to deal with corruption in public offices in India then only we can make our INDIA a 'GREAT INDIA' and can become proud of.

Today, in this universe  the corruption, unemployment and scams are on the top and there is an intimation for these but we have to be an open-minded human being and have to analyze every cause carefully so that we can identify  what wrong is going to happen in our life.

we have to think about every aspect logically and practically then only we can overcome with it.

because there is a time which intimate us about the mishappening is going to be around us and during that time we have to be conscious about.

To demolish the corruption we have to be educate and employed, education doesn't means the BA,BSc or any other degree but being an educate is the means of understanding the system and have to be up-do-date with it.

We shouldn't consider others  experiences as personified, manipulated and fabricated.

we have to be confident and trust on others experiences and have to take it seriously which will help us to overcome to the corruption and unemployment.

 I share you my recent experience with you which is not new but it happens in every city.

one person sends a mail to lot of people on the behalf of HCL (a MNC well known brand) in which he mentioned that the recipient will attend an interview for few mentioned profiles matching his/her criteria at Banglore corporate office and he asked to him/her to pay a refundable interview fee and candidate deposited that fee but after that all his/her numbers got switched off and he disappeared.

the account which he asked to deposit the money is not himself it was of any other person.

So, understand that there are lot of indications in this activity getting involved in this small type of corruption whose main cause was unemployment and I want you to inform that in such cases do the following.

1. in your email see the sender's email in that you'll find that the sender's email is not a genuine email.

2. don't respond such emails related to paid jobs, training and lotteries.

3. no one give you job for small money in any private/government sectors.

So be aware.
